Lee Earnshaw was born in Yorkshire (Gods Country in his words) when television was restricted to four channels. He ended up seeking out an exciting army career that would lead to adventures and leadership around the globe.
However his reasons for that pursuit are masked under a secret that he swore his own children would never have to encounter. His life took twists and turns, with some of those devastations turning into years of contemplation. Now he sees the world as clearly as ever and he shares his whole heart in this beautiful sharing of who he is now and how he became him.
His wife and three children have been his life and it's only when you listen to his story do you understand why he holds them so dear.
Download Lees story and make it your companion over the week. It's one that will move you and make you realise that whatever might be holding you back, really shouldn't be.

Fi Munro is an author, researcher, blogger and is regularly in the media. Her key message is one that I too carry in my heart. We both believe in the power of living with the knowledge that we could die any day and that theory really allows you to live with your whole heart. Although the difference is Fi learnt this tough lesson through having stage 4 ovarian cancer. In this episode I ask some unusual questions which allow Fi to talk openly about her life and what has made her who she is.
What you’ll also love about this episode is it is a story of when life throws you lemons you can make the sweetest lemonade. I finished recording this podcast with a profound sense of connection and love for Fi, and I think you will too.

In todays podcast you meet Kim Fredrickson from California. She has Pulmonary Fibrosis and how she got it is a story in itself. She is an author, a speaker, a psychologist of 30 years, a mother and a wife. With a recent loss of a further 20% of her lung capacity she shares an insightful look into what grief really is. Across all her work and throughout the podcast she demonstrates a uniqueness in her words and theory’s. She can do this because she has lived them and guided others to live them. Compassion is a key message that runs universally throughout her work and mindset. My favourite quote from in an article I read about her, was after she found out her diagnosis she said “ I am determined to not turn on myself or abandon myself through these difficult times”. she expands on this in the Podcast, a message you won't want to miss. Enjoy.
Find out more about Kims work, which if you have children I strongly recommend you seek her out, at www.kimfredrickson.com

‘Be the change’ was recorded with Karen Skalvoll who is from Norway. She has Alpha 1 and is dealing with daily pain, functioning through regular medical support in various forms. Despite all this, she is an award-winning athlete. It is difficult to convey the impact of the story that Karen shares with us. She talks about her life growing up surrounded by the Northern lights, along with finding her mother dead at the age of 10 and what that meant to her. Karen is a softly spoken powerhouse with a message that clearly demonstrates that we need to be the change we want to see in the world. This podcast will inspire you to be a better person.

Pornstar by name, comedian by nature was recorded on the eve of the 'stand up to cancer' campaign, this podcast could not have come at a better time. I found Becky through an article on the BBC addressing the need for a more honest conversation about death. What I did not expect when I met her was to be laughing until I cried. She is honest, quick and not one to shy away from the world. We go through the trials of dating, knitting blankets and what it is to love wholeheartedly. So many wonderful messages and giggles packed into an hour.

In this episode you get to meet Gaby. She said the act of doing the Podcast was therapeutic, however, I defy any listener to not feel like actually, it is her providing the therapy.
It's a little longer the than the usual podcasts but you will get to the end and still feel there was so much more to hear from this inspirational woman.
