The Lord gives wisdom;
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.
He reserves ability for those with integrity.
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;He is a shield for those who live a blameless life.
He protects the paths of justice
