Steve firmly believes those who reach that 3-year anniversary are more likely to enjoy a great career, stable employment, a good income, and perhaps own their own truck/trucking company one day; as they experience the fullness of North America.Over-the-Road truck drivers are the lifeblood of North American commerce. Steve’s personal goal is to leverage this podcast to help reduce driver attrition; thereby playing his part in feeding the economic engine powering economy. He believes, through the efforts of the OTR Academy, more well-trained and much-needed commercial drivers will operate big rigs across the North American landscape.
