Nate thank you so much for sitting down with me. Much necessary conversation that men who experience this should discuss more. We relate in quite a few ways, the main being a large disconnect between ourselves and family. He believes self love is well being, disagrees with the 'us vs them' mentality, and help others on their path since his life is not where he'd like it to be. Loved ones using your best qualities as weapons to tear us down and using triggers plus your past as ammunition.
