Sheykh Lokman Effendi is the head of the Osmanli Naksibendi Hakkani tarikat and is the representative and Inheritor of Sahibul Seyf Sheykh Abdel Kerim al Kibrisi al Rabbani hazratleri who is the representative of Sultan Evliya Sheykh Mawlana Nazim al-Hakkani al- Rabbani Hazratleri.
