Annie Trimber is a social media manager, content creator, photographer and food stylist. She studied at Northwestern University, where she got a double major in flute performance and business and marketing. Annie began playing the flute at the age of 5, and had high career goals of a performance career in music. But that came to a screeching halt when she diagnosed with debilitating tendonitis in her third year at Northwestern. She had to take the fall semester of her final year off, and figure out how to pivot to a new career pathway after spending 15 years of her life dedicated to music. It’s amazing to hear how she pulled on her love for food and sustainability to forge a new pathway filled with unique and rich experiences in the food blogging, content creation space.
