Laura is a Global Business Enhancement Senior Manager at Toyota Financial Service Cooperation. She has been working at Toyota since new grad and found her passion in leadership development after rotating in different roles through her career. Also, she is currently working in Japan as expat, and brought her husband and a daughter all the way from United States. She talks about importance of sharing your goal and what you want to be with partners/families in order to manage complex career and life balance.
