I'm the owner of a Quartz&Co. Clothing Boutique. In fact, it hasn't even launched yet. This has been a major career switch for me. It's been a dream of mine to own a business but I never believed I would have the courage to chase after it. That was until now!! I came to this realization that I don't want to spend another moment of my life not pursuing something that sets my soul on fire. I thought, "There HAS to be more to this life." So here I am. This started out as a voice memo for ideas of things I wanted to say on video for the business update. However-it had been on my mind to start a podcast so that I could cultivate this community of empowered women.....but that's terrifying. Doing a podcast is way out of my comfort zone. Well, mid voice memo-I thought, "Meh, Wtheck. Lets give it a try."  So in light of staying true to my authentic self, welcome to my impromptu first-ever-podcast.
