Mission Objective: Rob Hunter has gone missing. In response, Merrill recruits Perri Nemiroff back into the secret government agency known as the Magic Studio in the Sky to help find Hunter and disable his kill chip before the diabolical Kevin Carr can remove a certain part of his body (no, not that one).
