#127 Do something that lights you up! This week we chat to one of my favourite humans, Briana Laurel Bowley. We talk about her experience with weight loss, homelessness and chasing her dream... even when it seemed unlikely. Briana and I were lucky enough to meet last year at bridge & extreme, where she was my 'blind cuddles' buddy.
