Tim and Wendy were long-time employees of corporate America who dabbled in real estate along the way, ramping up their efforts to buy and hold rental properties in 2015.  What began with buying and fixing up a few duplexes in North Minneapolis grew into a rental portfolio substantial enough to provide the financial freedom for both of them to retire early and enjoy spending extra time with their grandchildren.  Their honest approach is not only hilarious at times, but endearing and encouraging.  They inspire us to always continue to grow and evolve, expect the unexpected, and know that if you stay true to your commitment, success is eminent.  I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did, thank you for listening!
