Slow Growth Business ModelThere’s a lot of noise today about building and selling businesses fast, which is awesome as long as it is not at the expense of the integrity of your product or service. Not all businesses are the same. Some take much more time to develop than others. Give your business the necessary time it needs to grow and don’t rush it.2. Lean StartupDon’t spend a lot of time and money on the first rollout of your product or service without testing it on your target market first. Get as much real market feedback as you can as you develop your product and service. It will save you wasting a lot of capital and effort.
