The Salvation Army are here to help, with everything from meal vouchers to the Toy Appeal, spirit lifting brass band concerts to lunch clubs. Captain Rachael Nieuwoudt and Debbie White - who heads up their Debt Advice Service - told Christy about their many community initiatives.
