So many people think they are worthless or helpless or blame others or full of excuses how to believe in yourself no matter what situation you're in.

I think something we all need help with is taking ownership of our actions, taking over our lives,instead of letting circumstances shape our future.This requires us to be honest and open with ourselves, it takes some deep self reflection to understand  to understand we are only unhappy, or that we are in a job we don't like because we took those steps to get there.

Also to go one step further from last week, remember how we were talking about people having conversations with themselves to find out their vision their passion?  We discuss this to take action!

Also to go one step further to explore faith or go deeper in our faith and more specifically how we talk to God to give us direction.
