We begin Castlevania: Symphony of the Night! It's a brand new game and we are excited to begin a new journey!

It's our first Metroidvania-style game, and we answer the question "what is a Metroidvania?"

In this episode we discuss the prologue, which is actually the final level from Castlevania: Rondo of Blood! To start off Symphony of the Night, you battle against Dracula straight away! We dig into Rondo of Blood and how it sets up Symphony of the Night! We also expand upon other Castlevanias that came before Symphony of the Night.

We talk about Symphony of the Night's interesting voice acting, memorable sound effects, and excellent score!

And unlike DOOM, Symphony of the Night has many many enemies that we can look forward to!
