When teaching K-12 you may find yourself wanting a change. For some people that change is small such as moving from kindergarten to second grade. For others, they realize their passion lies in teaching at a collegiate level. Emily Ely, a professor at Mary Baldwin University, found that her passion was in research and teaching adults even if that meant a pay cut. Listen as she shares her story on making the transition from teaching K-12 to becoming a professor at a University.
