Ceci was kind enough to drop in while she was back in LA after a recent move to Nashville, and we talk about the difference between the cultures of those two cities. We get into sobriety, psychedelics, meditation, dating, and the complicated relationships that come along with being in 12 step programs. Ceci takes us through her experiences in Al-Anon and SLAA, which were formative for her.
