We know, we know...the co-hosts said that this episode was supposed to be about the new sci-fi horror, Life, but Minki couldn’t find it to download or stream and Tracy didn’t want to run through the movie alone...so, they’ll do it another time! Instead, they chose to watch two gruesome short horror films, one new and one a bit old yet pretty friggin memorable, both delving into the darker side of relationships. Practical SFX in both are downright solid, the first taking 8 hours to get a guy to look like he has no skin on him and the second...well, does the name Tom Savini ring a bell? Tracy, the usual horror short hater, really enjoyed both of these while Minki was a little more critical but overall pleased with the double feature. BONUS: they discuss their Friday night spent with the ladies from MY FAVORITE MURDER at the Warner Theatre in Washington DC. Minki tries to poke holes in Tracy’s fandom but this murderino ain’t having it. Karen and Georgia all day every day.
