Dan Hilsman is simply put a great man. He went on line and watched a YouTube video with Jay Kinder who explained EXP Realty. He did not know Jay from Adam. He had one goal to leave his current brokerage to find a place to build his business. Dan did not put much value on attracting or recruiting agents. That was not his goal, you could say agents reached out to him.

As a solo practitioner, Dan's vision for his business has now expanded way beyond what he could imagine. I tell Dan story all the time to people who are don't understand the power of the EXP Realty business model. 

Dan had one goal, his big "why" is to retire his wife. Well you know what they say, when the "WHY" is clear, the "How" is easy. Dan business now grows from the efforts of others. The efforts of true collaboration of a few agents who believed there had to be a better way.
