Progressive sanctification is the work of God to make us more free from sin and more like Christ in our daily lives. This process of growth has the aim of setting apart believers for the purpose for which they are sent into the world. Although grace is the power behind the process, we cooperate with the Spirit by establishing spiritual disciplines in our lives.
