Chris welcomes back previous guest, fellow podcaster Paul McGrath, for a discussion into one of the most hotly-debated topics amongst wrestling fans - "Who or what was responsible for the fall of World Championship Wrestling?"
Check it out as they recall the story from a fans' perspective, delving into the role of the Monday Night Wars, the booking decisions and the superstars themselves and give their opinions on what caused the downfall of the former superpower in professional wrestling.
Be sure to also check out Paul's own podcast 'The Phoenix Five Show', available on all major podcast platforms.

Recently, I reached out across a number of Facebook groups for wrestling fans to talk to for an upcoming feature called 'I Was There When...', mainly focusing on any major events or angles they have witnessed live in person. The 3 interviews I conducted and took highlights from for episode 13 of this podcast ('I Was There When...' - The Facebook Fans Edition) were so good that I thought they each deserved to be put out in full as episodes in their own right.
So for this one, I get to welcome fellow UK podcaster Paul McGrath from 'The Phoenix Five Show' to discuss his life as a wrestling fan, what it is like to witness a WrestleMania and Hall of Fame live and - a holy grail for me! - being one of the lucky 80,000+ at SummerSlam '92 at Wembley.
Be sure to check out Paul's podcast on Spotify and all major podcast platforms, and follow him and the podcast on Instagram at @thephoenixfiveshow & @paulmcgrath19

This week Chris has the honour of talking to one of the true giants of the squared circle! At 7'1" tall, Jeff Bearden was one of the few guys to make some other 'monsters' in the wrestling world look small. He is a multi-time world champion, has competed all over the world in major promotions including the NWA, CMLL, AAA and many more! As 'Giant Warrior' he got to share the ring with other members of wrestling royalty, and shares more than a few stories with us here!
Hear what it was like to wrestle Andre The Giant, to travel and tag-team with Yokozuna and play college basketball opposite one Mark Calloway!
Be sure as well to follow Jeff on social media to keep up-to-date with everything he is doing now. You can also find many of Jeff's matches available to view on YouTube.

There are some things in wrestling that cannot be replicated, some things that you simply cannot just relive at the touch of a button on the WWE Network - these are the memories that live on for years in a wrestling fans' mind who was there the night that something special happened!
This is the second part of the 'I Was There When...' feature. where the fans are put front and centre to recall moments that they witnessed in person at a live event. After a recent plea across a few wrestling fan sites on Facebook asking for fans to share their stories, I received an unbelievable response - and this episode showcases only a few of them.
This week I am joined by fellow wrestling fanatics Andrew Lachelle, Robert Lynch and Paul McGrath, who between them recall moments such as Lex Luger's last match in WWF, one of Paul Bearer's first appearances, Rock/Hogan II and WrestleMania 25 - all from their point of view in the buildings on those nights!

The first in a new two-part feature where I welcome fellow wrestling fans to share their own experiences of seeing major wrestling events and/or moments live in person. And naturally up first is...me! In this episode, I share my memories of the one and only time I got to see the WWF live - the first PPV from the UK since the epic Summerslam in '92, 'One Night Only' in September 1997!
This day has stayed with me ever since and was my boyhood dream come true. But who was I backing in the main event - HBK himself, Shawn Michaels, or the UK's own returning hero, the 'British Bulldog' Davey Boy Smith?

This week's guest needs no introduction, but I will sure as hell still try...!
From the legendary Blue Peter studio at the BBC to the hallowed halls of the WWE, Radzi Chinyanganya has done it all! I have the honour of spending time with him to discuss his life, TV career and - of course! - his love of wrestling. As you will soon hear for yourselves, with the amount of sheer dedication Radzi has applied to everything he has done, it is little wonder that his passion for pro wrestling would lead him to a dream position as the backstage interviewer for NXT-UK!
Where did Radzi's love of pro wrestling begin? Who would he love to see join the ranks at NXT? What dream match(es) would he book for WrestleMania? What wrestling show almost made Radzi miss one of the biggest Blue Peter shows ever? And...what was it really like to be a contender on Gladiators?
It's all here on this week's episode, and you will not want to miss it!
Also be sure to check out Radzi's own podcast 'Making Gains', in partnership with Derby University, on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCNrxhwRevZomJFMJnOfW0vQ
