In this episode we got to chat with Hillary Arnold, the founder and lithium-battery behind Sprout and Willow Co,  which is a shop full of beautiful reversible dog bandanas carefully crafted from her home - proof that with a little bit of motivation and sewing machine, anything is possible. 

Hillary shared stories from her childhood which cumulated in this creative venture, the push from colleagues to start, and what all she uses (and doesn't use) to get this product out the door.
