Each week I have decided to interview someone inspiring, finding out what makes them 'tick' to do what they do! I wanted to find out how people become who they are & the challenges they face along the way...

This week I spoke with Shanwayne & Nimroy from the Jamaican Bob-Sledge team to find out their routines and challenges as a team. 

I found out how they stay strong when one team member isn't feeling themselves, as well as how they train mentally and physically for the Winter Sport.
