Kanchan’s coaching philosophy is ‘In order for personal and organizational change to happen, awareness needs to precede action.’In addition to coaching, Kanchan has facilitated communication and leadership development programs globally with multinational organizations.Kanchan also has 10 year plus volunteer board work in UK and Canada with organizations empowering women and children in India. And volunteers her time with The Humanitarian Coaching Network, supporting global frontline leaders with the United Nations and One Acre Fund.
