In this week’s episode, Nicole talks to Lucia Annunzio about her perspectives on Kindness.  Lucia is an acclaimed leadership
coach, 3x best-selling author, faculty at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and is known by her clients as the ‘CEO-whisperer’.  She speaks about Kindness from the perspective of experiences both in her career journey and through the example set by her own children.  Lucia defines compassion as ‘listening with your heart’ and doing something for someone else with no expectations of something in return.  And she believes that compassion is a teachable and learnable skill.
