Every year OML selects a group of individuals who are interested in community leadership to participate in a series of 6 classes over a year. These classes are intended to improve and advance your leadership skills, as well as, build long-lasting relationships with other municipal professionals. The classes are held in six different cities in Oklahoma and are designed to be fun and informative.
