Kiera Brant-Birioukov is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at York University. Her scholarly interests include Haudenosaunee Thought,  Indigenous Curriculum Theory, Reconciliatory Pedagogies and Indigenous Language Revitalization. <br /><br />Kiera successfully defended her doctoral thesis in January 2022: Kanenhstóhare- THe Educative Implications of Estrangement, Homecoming, and Indigeneity.
