In this episode, we have the owner of Los Sombreros, Kurt Riske, on. Kurt took the leap from employee to business owner and now owns a few restaurants in the Phoenix area.
Kurt actually started by working at Los Sombreros as an hourly employee and eventually was offered an opportunity to purchase the restaurant and decided to move forward with it, and hasn't looked back since.
