Tim Kelley, Chair of Entrepreneurship and co-host Grayson Loupas' professor, is not your typical college professor. While most professors teach from a book, Tim teaches from experience; a lot of it. Starting his entrepreneurial journey, lawn service, at the ripe age of 9 years to funding a $100 million cross-border mortgage venture, Tim is full of stories and experience.
Tim set out to Latin America with his mind set on construction and real estate work. After years of directing a construction department, he decided to pursue a venture that provides mortgages for Americans buying property in Mexico. Co-host Jamison Manwaring actually owns residential property in Puerto Penasco, Mexico, so he understands the difficulty involved in starting a business like that.
