If you could have all of your needs and deficits met, but the only condition was to fully identify them and understand why they are there, could you do it? It's a fascinating scenario that begs the question, do we really know what we want? It seems like we can focus so much on the symptoms but never identify the root of what causes them. And to take it further, we can easily get caught in trying to help others without a full understanding of what it is they need help with.
