So in this episode I have a Sunday off from Archery coaching and trying to answer a couple of question I get asked lots is

• What kind of bow I should buy? 
• Should I go for a one-piece recurve verses takedown recurve?

These questions always make me a little nervous as I feel that buying a bow is so personal, So I’m going to try and discuss options, like bolt on limbs for some risers, compared with ILF risers and limbs (International Limb Fit).
