The start of 2021 is proving challenging for many and I wanted to create some short posts to offer some support. Not necessarily archery focussed but more general at times. I know I have and in some ways still am struggling a bit but hope for the future. 

I know friends inside and outside of archery community or rather archery family are are struggling with the new lockdown her in the UK. So I'm going to try and offer some thoughts, help and ideas I am using to keep going and coping.
