Show notes
Summer is here, and for many people, that means summer camp! And if John is back on the show, that means we're discussing summer camp horror movies! In this episode, we're looking at the classic that started it all and launched a legendary franchise, Friday the 13th, as well as the infamous Sleepaway Camp and its sequels. But we also take a look at a few hidden gems of the genre, discuss the urban legends of the maniac in the woods used to scare children from wandering away from camp at night, and discuss a real-world case of a summer camp horror story. So toast a s'more, grab a glass of bug juice, and just ignore that creepy sound in the woods and watch this episode!
