MHANJ's theme for Mental Health Awareness Month 2021 is "B4 Stage 4." In this episode, MHANJ Deputy Chief Operating Officer Racheal O'Dea discourses about the nonprofit group's services, programs and referrals, all free of charge.   

Of special note are two new MHANJ services: Texting For Recovery, accessible by texting RECOVERY to 51684; and the organization's Recovery Hot Spot, a mobile unit that is targeted to frequent support centers such as food pantries and clinics throughout Ocean County.
