Can we abolish our government, politicians, corporations, mainstream media and billionaires, creating a government that is run purely by and for the people?

Our current system is a republic, which means the people do not have a direct voice. We elect politicians and hope they will represent us. In fact, the early colonists initially would not sign into agreement with the Constitution because it was not democratic enough. Many of this country's founders did not want a democracy, but a system in which they themselves were running thins. 

But what if we abolished politicians and ran this country ourselves?

This episode is a simulcast with Daniel Roy Baron who seeks to do the above and form a horizontal government—no hierarchy--an egalitarian society that is run by and for the people without the filter of politicians who give us the illusion of democracy.
