With mentoring and counseling for many years, one of the most often asked questions I get is, “what does that look like?”  whether I’m giving instruction, encouragement or wisdom from life experience, most people want to know what the road map is, what is the blue print, where is the paved road to follow. We live in a Google world with a You Tube mentality – The “how to” and the “DIY” is always at our fingertips.
