Official Report: After seeing that her 17-month-old daughter Charlotte isn't breathing, Jhenea Pratt calls 911. When police arrived, they observed that Charlotte was not breathing and did not have a pulse. Police also see that her nose and mouth are emitting a red liquid.
While police perform life-saving measures on Charlotte, they hear Jhenea Pratt say: “This isn’t my fault,” “This can’t be my fault,” and “I can’t get in trouble for this.” Soon she will find herself in an interrogation room.
