Fundamentals of this new law:
<ul>
 <li>Yearly inspections of parapet on public right-of-way</li>
 <li>Required on all buildings, regardless of size</li>
 <li>Not required for detached 1-2 family houses</li>
 <li>Must be done by a qualified person</li>
 <li>Recommend an architect</li>
 <li>Specific report requirements by inspector</li>
 <li>Must keep the report for six (6) years</li>
