Yoga is an ancient practice with many non-physical branches. The few ancient physical postures that did exist were closer to a sitting practice than anything else. In the 1920’s Tirumalai Krishnamacharya added Scandinavian/Western gymnastic type movements into the physical posture portion of Yoga. This series is inspired by him & his alchemy.
