A basic strength training regimen that can get progressively more difficult/intense.  Practicing single arm and single leg exercises is a foundational pattern for long term health and well being.  Your heart rate will have spikes of elevation -which is an organic pathway towards cardiovascular fitness as it does not ignite stress inducing hormones.
