Using a ball we explore areas of our bodies that can use some TLC. I recommend finding a ball that works best for you. You may find that you prefer to have a few different balls of varying intensities/sizes. The goal is breathing as a means of release. Finding places of tension and breathing encouraging the whole body to release is the goal. It is tempting to find an intense spot and bear down on it all costs, but seldom does this approach afford efficient long term practices.
