Moving in conjunction with a breathing cycle is an effective means of creating awareness, strength, and mindfulness.  Especially when the lower half (legs) have to move at a slightly slower tempo from the upper half (torso, arms, shoulders).  The tendency will be to move the legs quickly to the end of the movement and then stay still before the upper half of the body has completed the journey.  Focus on breathing and moving the entire body for the duration of the breath.   If you are still breathing then your appendages should still be moving (unless the instructions tell you otherwise).  Take your time, and enjoy the repetitive patterns that develop to more complex movements that challenge your balance, endurance, and stability.
