Your arms do not start/stop at your shoulder.  Your arms are just a name we gave to the part of your body that we use to grab, push, pull things.  Your arm does not know it is in arm, and has no identity beyond being part of your whole body.  Using a wall and and band we find out what it feels like to move the torso and arms together as a unit.  The one supports the others and this intrinsic relationship is a key ingredient for long term health and wellness.
Welcome to Nucleus Strength; a Podcast devoted to Movement, Health, and Well Being.
