This episode of Now We Know released on the 67th anniversary of Colvin’s bold act, a 15 year old black girl, refusing to give up her seat to a white woman on a crowded, segregated bus. Donna and Jonathan discuss how intriguing, strong willed and beautiful of a person Claudette is and colorism played a big factor into who became the face of the historic bus boycott of 1955-1956.
