Some questions to ask yourself: what area do you feel unsatisfied with? are you hopeful or hopeless? Are you optimistic or pessimistic and why? How can you see world through a more positive light? Look for optimistic people in your life and how do they keep in the positive. What are the obstacles getting in my way and how can I take action? What do you have control over?
