We talk with Monica Salinas, Clinical Nutritionist at Montefiore Medical Centre in New York, and with Elena Jimenez, an in-patient Internist at UT Health San Antonio, to hear what was it like to face COVID-19 directly. Two different doctors, with two different specializations in two completely different states, both geographically and politically.
