How often do you hear others complaining about not being able to finish?  Have you complained about this too? We've all been there, but getting it finished is one of the first steps to getting it published.

Okay,  but how the hell do we do that if inspiration or motivation might be lacking? Or if we are staring down the barrel of writer's block or burnout?
