On this episode, we distill the deeper value of having  "real life" work experience and what those years logged actually mean on a practical level. After a sloppy night out with old colleagues (most of whom have much more experience than me in their profession), I realized that how the benefits of having many experiences at work isn't  what you traditional hear when you're bored at work looking at articles on how to up-level your skills on LinkedIn. We dig deep into approaching new challenges, how career building once again relates to the practice of martial arts, and drunk driving of all things.
