Phillips Andover all-time leading scorer was a 3 star in HS and would commit to Penn State to play college basketball. After playing 3 years at Penn State, and making one NCAA tournament appearance, Dallion would transfer to play for former Penn State head coach at Florida Gulf Coast University. In the 2023-24 season Dallion averaged 10.8 points per game while shooting just under 40% from 3.
