CDP develops data driven insights and provides fundraising services to more than 230 public radio and television stations across the United States. During its first five years as an independent organization, CDP has brought 500,000 new donors to public media and has facilitated more than 200 million transactions for its clients. During our conversation, Michal and I discuss how CDP is deploying both predictive and generative AI to streamline operations and improve the performance of partner stations.
